No, we no longer offer residential drilling services. Russell Drilling now focuses exclusively on municipal and public water supply projects. Our team is committed to serving cities, utility districts, and other public entities with dependable, high-quality water well solutions.

Why won’t my water well come on?
It could be a bad control box or your pumping motor may be out.
Can I put my well on my homeowners policy?
Yes! This may protect you in case of lightning strike or other accidental damage.
Why does my water have color?
You probably need a filtration system. We offer filtration services — Call 936-569-8909 and ask for Roger.
Why does my well keep throwing the breaker?
This is usually due to a power problem or an overload.
Why does my well keep clicking on and off?
It probably needs a new pressure switch or a control box.
It’s cold and my pump won’t come on, what should I do?
Chances are, the pipes are frozen. Do NOT run your pump against frozen pipes or you will burn it up. Turn it off and call us.
